≪Tasting comment≫
The aromas of seeded fruits such as apples, peaches and plums, and the aromas of vanilla, nuts and French oak are complex. It has a good balance of acidity, fruit and tannins, and you can feel the minerality. It can be said that it is a rich, heavy and rich wine among white wines. It goes perfectly with dishes that use plenty of butter, such as white fish, scallops, or sautéed chicken butter!
