`` Vandal Gonzo Combat Rouge 2019''
This wine is made by mixing three types of grapes (Pinot Noir, Syrah and Viognier) cultivated in the same field in the Southern Valley of Marlboro. Pinot Noir is usually made in a single piece (apart from champagne), which is surprising, but it even contains white grape Viognier, so you're wondering what it tastes like.
In addition, this winemaker thoroughly makes natural wine, ferments with natural yeast in the whole bunch, and does not pump or paddle during fermentation. After barrel aging with all starch for 4 months, bottled unfiltered and unclarified. In addition, only a very small amount of antioxidant (SO2) is added during bottling. This is also a super limited production of only 200 cases!
